We offer our customers free delivery on both national and international orders over £40.

All items are individually inspected and evaluated. If you should find a flaw then we do apologise and will refund the full amount, including shipping. However, we are unable to offer free returns for customers outside of EC.

You are free to return any product within 7 days and the full order amount will then be refunded, delivery costs excluded. Please make sure you send us an email before you return any goods. Returned goods are expected to be in the same quality as when they were delivered, that is free from smoke, perfume, hair, holes etc. The goods may not have been in use nor be washed in order to be accepted as returns. Please remember that it is the customers responsibility to arrange for a safe return of the goods.
