Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and you will be advise of any price variations prior to shipment and will have the right to cancel your order.

Availability of Goods
All items are usually despatched within 1 - 3 days. If an order takes longer than 14 days to process and send after having received payment we will contact you. Please allow up to 28 days for us to despatch the order (although this is very rarely the case). We will send an email when your order will be despatched. Please allow a reasonable amount of time to receive you order.

In the unlikely event that a product is temporarily unavailable every effort will be made to get the product sourced and an estimated delay will be advised to you. If eBorno has insufficient stock at the time of order placement then the full amount of the item will be refunded to you.

Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior no dispatch. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order on the site eBorno will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge.

Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns

Force majeure
eBorno shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection Act (Distance Selling Regulations) , if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.

eBorno places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data.  All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and eBorno shall be governed by English Law, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
